      Pros

      Humana is a great company. The opportunities are endless and not to mention the salary is AMAZING! Humana allows you to shadow whatever position you're interested in and pays you to do so.

      Cons

      I kind of feel that it's sort of who you know and how close you are. I feel you have to be apart of "the in crowd" to get the position you really want.

      Pros

      23 paid days off per year starting is very attractive. Great potential for upward growth and career development.

      Cons

      Benefits package is not as attractive as it could be for a health and wellbeing company. Company dominates local market and therefore sets market salary, which is lower than it should be.
