Pros

Work from home and wellness breaks.

Cons

Everything else. Every -ism you can think of thrives there. Heavy micromanagement until you ask a question and they disappear. Pay for what you have to do, including so much brown nosing is not enough. Insurance was very expensive but then changed mid year when they got rid of their group insurance division. The worst is the awful letter you get one a week from Bruce CEO. You get to read how awesome his life is mostly while later in the email is a hidden message about how you once again as a dedicated valued employee ate getting screwed. So much more. Stay away

Pros

I don't have any pros.

Cons

Lack of actual caring and compassion even though that's humana's "thing", abusive work atmosphere and they don't care about the elderly medicare members. They only want their money.
