Pros

Decent base salary. Work from home.

Cons

Mostly current member calls which typically customer service oriented. Commissions on current member calls are very low. All inbound calls count as a sales call which destroys your conversion ratio and that plays a big role in the tier you get. Tiers determine the ratio of new member calls you get and you can get virtually all current member calls as well as get stuck on outbound campaigns which are generally miserable.
