Pros

Pay is decent for the area. Management is good. Office culture is fun if you are not on phones. Lots of PTO, if you aren't on calls. Lots of potential for movement within the company. 401k match is awesome.

Cons

If you are on calls getting any sort of time off is hard. When applying for new jobs within the company HR is terribly slow. Almost to the point that it is insulting. For being an insurance company you would think the benefits would be great...not so much. All options are High Deductible Health Plans.

Good benefits, good coworkers, decent pay for the job. This is just filler for the 20 word minimum.

Cons

No training, poor leadership, poor company values, absolutely no understanding for time off needed for the flu.

Great benefits, pretty good pay, easy to master job, loads of opportunity for advancement when under the right leadership.

Cons

Leadership Team was awful, uneducated, selfish, did not want to work at all, does not care about employees. Does not display leadership skills.
