      High expectations, but with work-life balance.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is a priority for Humana leadership and associates. Humana is generous with vacation/sick time. The well-being concept is not only for its members, but for its associates as well.

      Cons

      Due to Humana's size, many departments work in silos. Information is not shared very freely to assist other areas.

      watch out for managment

      Pros

      The pay and the freedom is good.I think it would be a great job if it wasn't for the managers

      Cons

      Were do I start ? In Orlando if your a white pearson you are treated like gum on the bottom of your managers shoe.The spanish reps get more sales leads more doctors and are treated better than everyone. There is has been only one white rep that has advanced to manangement 4 blacks and 3 spanish. It is a dead end job and once they turn on you they will make your life a living hell ! They would rather make you quit than fire you

      Really into Associate engagement, work life balance, wellness, etc. Great company!

      Cons

      Be prepared to speak "business-ease" words like "business acumen" and "collaboration" etc. I am so ready for businesses to just speak normal!
