      Pros

      Huge company; paid good money for very little required work.

      Cons

      They employ thousands of high paid employees who do very little work, especially director and up, and that wasted money comes from tax payer dollars. You / I felt dirty ripping off the American people during my time there.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hours 830 -5 are firm and working "off the clock" is frowned upon. They are concerned for safety and restrict field work when weather is severe. This is a Hybrid position and you primarily decide when you work from home and when you go in the field, as long as you meet deadlines. ANNUAL BONUSES!!

      Cons

      Being a Care Coach is a Very demanding position. There are not enough hours in a day. Another of detailed computer work.

      401k match is amazing! Work at home opportunities

      Cons

      Senior leaders do not value middle Management. Pile on work load and blame them for poor time management skills. Micromanaging or assigning multiple people the same work is not a good use of time. 40 hour work weeks are in hears of and don’t take a day off the volume of work isn’t with talking PTO! Pay is very low for level of responsibilities.
