Humana reviews

In my history of 20 plus years of sales and marketing. This place is the absolute worst. The hiring process was very misleading. The leads are horrible. They have all of these different campaigns that are worthless. I don't agree with trying to convince seniors to switch from a Medicare supplement plan to an advantage plan. Humana is so hungry for sales that they are willing to hire anyone and do anything to accomplish that. DMS walking a very thin line.

Was forced to work 2 hours plus of mandatory overtime everyday for over a year due to it being "peak season" year round. Had multiple occasions where I was unpaid for multiple hours of overtime. Managers were condescending and would blame employees on broken technology. In my last week at Humana, my boss made me leave days before I was set to because I needed to update my computer and she didn't want to waste the company's time by me updating (it took less than 20 min to update btw).
