Pros

Positive culture, diverse workforce, good pay, ability to work remotely. Humans tries to do right by its employees and customers. If you are lucky to work for an effective manager on a team with people you like, it's an awesome place to work.

Cons

Teams and entire departments are frequently restructured resulting in some job loss and frustration with the lack of stability. And there are times, usually near the end of the fiscal year when layoffs happen in order to meet financial performance goals for stakeholders.
