Department was eliminated which we were advised there would be opportunities to stay with the company but when applying for different position even to take a pay cut they denied the applicant even with more than enough experience and recommendations in line for coworkers. Leaders tend to promote on favoritism vs skills.

Have to wait 1 year to apply for internal positions. Auditing feels like you are being micromanaged. Other insurance companies pay 10-15K for the same position
