Pros

They pay bonuses, 401k and have a flex schedule if you meet production and quality metrics

Cons

Metrics are alot pressure and if you don't meet, you lose flex time. There is no discernment for leadership- if you miss metrics by one point, you lose flex and there and you are well down the path to be coached. I was always a nervous wreck.

They give bonuses to mid to senior level employees

Cons

They do layoffs every year. It is near impossible to go from a regular employee to a management position without leaving the company, getting a management position elsewhere, then coming back.
