Cons

Don’t want to meet bare accommodation for documented issues. Simple things like ergo chair or adjustable desk.

Amazing benefits (health, dental, vision), 401K with a great match, tuition reimbursement that will soon cover relevant certificates and not just degrees, work from home, great people and management

Cons

In order to get a significant raise, you have to move departments. Sometimes the internal programs that are used work against you, but they are trying to invest more into technology, to hopefully stop this from happening.
