Cons
Zero salary transparency. Management does not provide salary ranges or peer lists, but they insist they've being very generous. They also talk about targeting market median with "total compensation", but their "total compensation" number includes the amount they pay in for healthcare, taxes, and a full bonus with a funded bonus pool. At the same time, they very clearly only provide the full bonus to top performers, so the majority of employees are intentionally paid below market median. Performance reviews and promotions are driven by a small group of influential individuals, and their personal opinions are the only things that matter in employee evaluations.
