      Was told to tell our experience during town hall on Glassdoor so here I go

      Pros

      *people are nice to work with *i like benefits they offer *I think the quarterly meetings was a good idea on paper, i rarely talk to my boss though *we get free food a lot but thats mostly because customer care lets us have some of their leftovers when they get food for their team

      Cons

      *very small bonus for amount of work expected *never see my boss *was promised hybrid work schedule, it even says I am hybrid on my ultipro, but I work from the office 5 days a week *everyone including managers joke about tech support being the worst department but no one does anything to fix it

      Hypergrowth company with fully engaged and supportive upper management

      Pros

      Hypergrowth company that focuses on prioritizing customer and employees. Within the first week of starting, company provides management and mindset training. Everyone is collective focused on the a few company wide goals and one strategic direction. In an economy that is trending down, the teams of people here are so pumped to grow here. Diversity is great here. Very good mixture of women and men at all levels.

      Cons

      There is so much activity that is happening that sometimes, it's easy to work more as you may want to always be involved. Company has grown so much that so many people are new.

      Huge growth opportunities, modern inclusive culture, hyrbid work with benefits.

      Pros

      High growth company creates plenty of career opportunities, I have had 3 roles in 3 years. New CEO and leadership team very positive and accessible, focused on getting stuff done. Hyrbrid work gives me flexibility, fun products with lots of celebration events.

      Cons

      Growing fast does create strains on processes and systems, some vacancies as we grow means we often double hat roles.
