      Pros

      Open, meritocratic culture with a leadership team who really lead the values. Hybrid working culture, diverse team and solid benefits. Plenty of opportunities for growth if you dive in and take the challenge. Management are very open and accessible.

      Cons

      Systems are not great. We are a small company, growing fast and in finance until now a lot was in Excel.

      Pros

      The environment is fast paced, with a ton of opportunity to share new ideas, create new processes, and establish best practices to scale internationally. If you're agile and nimble, and love building things, this is a great place to work. Plus, the product is the best, so it's easy to have a lot of passion for what we do. They have some great training programs for new joiners that are super helpful and impressive, regardless of your role in the company. The company embraced remote/hybrid work for some corporate roles in 2022, which opened up a career at BeautyHealth to those like me who live outside of the Long Beach, California area.

      Cons

      If you're not a "builder" or find it hard to adjust to change, this could be a challenging environment for you to really thrive in.

      Incredible brand love inside and outside of the company A product that actually delivers Opportunity to make an impact, to own your role The feeling that this is the start of something big

      Cons

      Org is going through a talent upgrade, attracting experts in their fields and with top beauty and aesthetics experience. Transition of some of the "old guard" out of the company has been at times painful.
