So many... Two different cultures; five star reviews are primarily from the spring street employees. That’s a proper building with all the bells and whistles. That’s the office environment based on sales and non related [for their current position] college degrees. It’s a place full of divas. The Redondo site; its manufacturing. It’s a makeshift warehouse, not big enough to house 2 months worth of goods. So many rules are broken there it’s difficult to try and make a difference.

New leadership can’t make decision, it changes often, isn’t planned properly, and doesn’t get communicated throughly to the team. Almost everyday, we are putting off the fire and only become reactive. A lot of people resigned and fired. New people join, but the team becomes less and less diverse. High turnover, most employees last about 1 year. 401k benefit: they said matching. Actually they match only one a year. They don’t match it per pay check or employees contribution.
