…this company is living proof that there really is no such thing as a free lunch. You pay for that free meal dearly in the form of incompetent ‘executives’, rescinded benefits (even when they’re in the employee manual), and a stone-age approach to the workday (God help you if you arrive 10 minutes late or try to leave 5 minutes early, and this applies to *salaried* employees who already work long hours and on weekends). The company is run by clueless leadership l, none of whom can make reasonable decisions on business goals, let alone know how to run a company. Example: why would Talent Ops sit in the Middle East, when the company is based in LA and the majority of employees are in the LA headquarters? It’s sad that a company that started out with so much potential is on a collision course with rock bottom.

Underpaid for my experience level. Performance reviews are based on how much you're liked by your manager. Overworked and understaffed. Most of management/leadership seem to be here as a resumé booster and will likely leave as soon as they can, they're not doing much for the company. Unlimited PTO is the biggest scam here, work life balance is non existence. Stock options are worthless. New company direction will likely not pan out. Especially if you're early in your career (0-5 years) don't work here, go somewhere else where you'll get better mentorship.
