Managers circle needs rethinking

Pros

Great PTO plan. Passionate people. Supportive industry.

Cons

Unfair treatment of staff to protect managers. Unwilling to listen to staff. So-called leadership circle and HR project each other. Not-for-profit acting like a for-profit.

Cons

CEO is no longer in touch with operation. The Fox is running the hen house so to speak. No collaboration amongst departments. No Teamwork. Outdated products. I-CAR was very relevant at one time, OEM direct training and on demand collision information is eliminating the need for this at best high school level training organization. It’s time to make some substantial changes

Pros

It's great to work for a company with a Vision to ensure vehicles are repaired properly. Time off and benefits are excellent. Workload is manageable. Overall culture is casual and fun.

Cons

It's a not-for-profit so there is a limit on spending for everything. Pay could also be a little higher.
