      Bad Leaders bring the whole team down

      Pros

      ICCU has pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay for IT positions are lower then what you would expect. Recent salary increases were only allotted based on tenure in the position. There are VPs that dont care about the teams below them. And departments and team are struggling. Many are seeking other employment. Management states that each team needs to fix their culture but fails to see that the issues are not with the teams themselves but the leadership. When complaints have been brought up about specific leaders the individuals were told to deal with it because the VP is there to stay.

      good members some locations are great, depends on the management decent schedules

      Executives are close minded to smart change Sales pressures are intense Pay is not good for industry The credit union is CHEAP!

      Pros

      Excellent facilities and amenities. Support for and access to resources to learn and increase professional skills and knowledge. Incredible contribution and participation in communities where ICCU has a presence. ICCU is pursuing rapid growth, which is exciting to be a part of. Some departments are shifting to a hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      A noticeable shift from what used to be an unrivaled focus on people first, which is an expected result of growth. Compensation falls short of other financial institutions when comparing equivalent positions, which was acceptable when the culture made up for the difference.
