Pros

The work is focused on sustainability and making a difference

Cons

After originally applying for the role in January 2024, I finally received a response in August, after completing a series of interviews (four in total). I did not receive a response, some of the interviewers were not interested in getting to know the person or hearing about experience - just wanted to know if you could get the job done. The entire process lacked clarity and professionalism. Avoid if possible.

Pros

They are not strict with you going to the office, generally the managers are not micromanaging you, you have the liberty to propose a lot of things and procedures.

Cons

Almost no support from your manager, they never give a proper onboarding, leaving you confused for the first couple of months, most of the projects don’t follow proper guidelines.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed the autonomy and flexibility in your work. It can be hard to find your place within a large organization made up of 9,000 employees across 75+ global offices. We assign new employees a “buddy” to help them navigate their new role and connect them to company resources. We also strive to create an environment of mutual accountability where managers consider everyone’s professional and personal needs, as well as provide training to further their skills as leaders. Employees are strongly encouraged to engage in quarterly impact conversations—discussions between an employee and their manager about contributions, performance, and career growth. If an impact conversation with your manager has not worked, reach out to your buddy, project manager, or HR business partner. - KZ
