It can be hard to find your place within a large organization made up of 9,000 employees across 75+ global offices. We assign new employees a “buddy” to help them navigate their new role and connect them to company resources. We also strive to create an environment of mutual accountability where managers consider everyone’s professional and personal needs, as well as provide training to further their skills as leaders. Employees are strongly encouraged to engage in quarterly impact conversations—discussions between an employee and their manager about contributions, performance, and career growth. If an impact conversation with your manager has not worked, reach out to your buddy, project manager, or HR business partner.
