We also value honest and open conversations—even when it’s hard. Impact conversations encourage employees to meet with their managers on a regular basis to discuss their contributions, career aspirations, and needs, including work-life balance and compensation. If this approach does not work, employees can reach out to their HR business partner to further discuss their concerns and options. - KZ

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It’s great to hear you had a good experience with your team and found opportunities to expand your learning and skills. Coming into a company and negotiating the compensation package you desire is not easy. We do annually audit our salaries and compensation to ensure they are fair and competitive with the industry. We also take into account nonmonetary ways to support the whole person—body, mind, career, and community. When employees are ready for the next step in their role, we ask they prepare their accomplishments and identify where they want to grow to discuss in quarterly impact conversations (our coaching framework).
