Pros

People at bottom level are good smart people. They are able to work smart but cant. Pay is well and travel budget is good for top mgmt.

Cons

Management is completely clueless. More managers than employees and even more VPs and EVPs. Old process that mgmt wont change because their years old graphs wont work. Mgmt keeps their calendar full with hour long mtgs.

Pros

> Almost no micromanagement > Flexible hours if you find yourself in between projects > They will pay certification exam fees if you can pass the exam

Cons

> Poor compensation system. No matter how hard you work, you will get 2-2.5% as max raise on every 2 years basis > Expect to work on average 80-90 hours per week during the go-lives > No budget for external training, however there are many opportunities to get internal training on their own systems/products > No motivation programs (incentives, bonuses, share profits etc) for employees

Pros

Flexibility, okay benefits, opportunities for professional development (but not promotions)

Cons

No opportunities for advancement, really low pay (especially compare to external candidates newly joining the team), yearly pay increase is slim to none (1%!)
