If you hire into upper management huge bonuses are normal.

Cons

Most dysfunctional company ever! Supervision is clueless and management only looks out for themselves. Only thing that counts is numbers. Quantity VS Quality and quality looses every time. Moral is lowest I have seen in over 15 years since I have been here. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place at all cost!

Fantastic opportunities to become whatever you want to be in the technology and corporate world.

Cons

As of the time of this writing the company is being acquired by GTECH and as with any acquisition there is job uncertainty. Hopefully things will continue to make positive strides for the lively hood of the current/future employees and shareholders of NewCo .

Pros

Management is so dysfunctional that there is absolutely no accountability... if that is the kind of workplace one is seeking. If you work for the right person, you will not need skills or education to get ahead. Just an ability to tolerate the intolerable.

Cons

Executive Management is focused on making the company look good on paper while sucking the life out of the employee moral. Talent is not developed internally; they prescribe to the philosophy of not wasting money on employees that will leave you. Employees can never believe anything they are told about the companies direction. Goal seem to change annually so it is difficult to really sink your heart into anything.
