Pros

excellent employees brilliant environment trainings & development will be provided on-boarding week (good to get to know each other)

Cons

canteen food is really awful overtime hours are not paid often people are promoted without excellent school education which is for an graduate quite unfair.

Pros

The job was okay as far as dealing with customers and such. Benefits were a bit better than what I was expecting when I first started the job.

Cons

Management didn't provide much feedback and didn't show much interest in promoting job advancement. The salary was not as good as it was in similar jobs in the area.

Pros

At first, the best benefit of this job was the employee meals until they took that away. After that, everything just went downhill and the totures of dealing with angry guests and swindlers was too much for me.

Cons

Horrible hours. There were times where i got off of work at 11 pm and had to come back to work the morning shift at 7am. And at the hotel that i was working at, upper management had horrible communication with one another which trickled down to the front desk, putting us in positions that made us feel like helpless animals in the woods.
