Management, Salary, breaks, Micro management, Too much pressure, extra working hours daily and that too without any extra pay, Timings are from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM but you'll have to sit in office amd work till atleast 04:00 AM or 04:30 AM (you can't escape that, you're forced to sit) No proper data to work on. Management is really very poor, IT team works but very less employees, MOST OF THE TIME YOU WON'T GET WATER TO DRINK! and Yes, you can't take your own leaves either CL, EL or LOP.
