CEO is too much involved in everything, there is no flexibility of work from home even in case of emergency you meed to apply leave. They don’t have any hold on their clients and they don’t know how staffing works. You have to maintain breaks on a register every time you go out and in because they are very much afraid of you taking 10 minutes extra. No pick up and drop and it’s only for girls and that too in Noida only because according to them gods roam on street in Vadodra and so nothing can happen to a female employee when they leave office at 3:30 in the morning. Managers and directors are just dummy don’t expect any help from them because Hr will decide if they want to stay with you or not. Manager and Directors has no hold they are just doing as directed by Upper managements. you need to get offers in 3 months and if not they will initiate PIP without even understanding about their client slow down. In short if you want to join as a fresher you can try just to get some experience but don’t look for senior profiles. CEO is crazy!!! He is like a kid and the management will force you to like, share and repost every linkedin post regarding the company.

Poor management, only work from office, poor training, uncooperative HR.
