Over the 2 years that I worked for IMCS, I received excellent training, feedback, and project experience that enhanced my technical abilities. Unlike many other consulting firms, IMCS is really good at communication. Their marketing team is very experienced and can get you multiple interviews scheduled in a short duration.

Cons

The only thing lacking was a good employer provided health insurance.

It was an amazing experience working with IMCS Group. They have excellent support to help you and guide you at every step. IMCS is more of a process oriented company where everything is streamlined. They work with top notch clients and vendors which makes the placement process easier. If you want to establish your career in development, they will be your go-to company.

Cons

Need to be willing to learn and work on new technologies regularly to handle client requirements.
