The technical training that was provided to me helped me build my skill sets and is quite intensive. I got an opportunity quickly to implement my learning. A helpful administrative staff to help you with regards to immigration needs and payroll. A very strong marketing team. I was on a project within a short time frame.

Cons

Longer duration of study while on training to keep up with the group.

I have been working with IMCS Group for almost 2 years now, the in house immigration team is extremely helpful and responsive. They analyze and take lots of effort in processing each and every application so that it compliance to the current immigration needs. The STEM training plan has helped me overcome a lot of immigration issue. I must really appreciate the CEO for looking into all the immigration needs in person and helping students gain more confidence.

Pros

I have been working here since past 3 years, the company has provided me platform to grow and build my career. I started here as a fresh graduate and grew to become a Manager. I was motivated when my performance slipped which boosted my confidence to help me achieve my targets. The management has been very firm about the company’s policies and they don’t deviate from their process which made me realise that they deliver what they promise nothing less or nothing more. They were very understanding and empathetic when I was sick for a prolonged duration and gave me flexibility to join the team.
