      Pros

      IMPAK is the best place to learn and grow. They push you to be the best that you can be, IMPAK also has good advancement opportunities and supportive team members.

      Cons

      There is no healthcare insurance available yet. A person can work in different areas beyond their department.

      A great place to learn

      Pros

      I have been working at IMPAK for more than a year as a mechanical drafter. I primarily focus on assisting my team in producing and developing custom equipment. But I was allowed to learn a different aspect of day-to-day business operation, which helped me understand the required skillsets to do my job better. Even though I accepted the offer in Q4, 2019, the management included me in the Fall 2020 bonus program.

      Cons

      The company has a unique way of dealing with customers and suppliers. It requires a great deal of attention and focuses on learning the IMPAK WAY, which may present challenges.

      Pros

      I have been working at IMPAK for the last three years as a Sr. Accountant. I have always received constructive feedback from the management team, especially from the company CEO. All team members are very supportive and helpful. Even in the COVID-19 Pandemic, the company handed out bonuses in the Spring and the Fall.

      Cons

      IMPAK is a very challenging and fast-paced environment to work. Great attention to detail is required if anyone wants to do well, which is often misinterpreted by employees.
