      Great Company for Skill Building

      Pros

      I have been working with IMPAK for over two years. Initially I began as an Administrative Assistant and was later asked to join the Accounting Department. Since starting at IMPAK I have been given the opportunity to learn a wide range of new skills from customer service and Excel, to the use of various accounting systems. Work at IMPAK is fast-paced and requires high levels of time management, personal accountability and attention to detail.

      Cons

      Every employee has set daily tasks, however one should expect to be called to work in areas beyond their department and basic IMPAK training. While IMPAK is a space where new skills can be acquired, it does not present obvious paths to career growth or advancement.

      I have been working at IMPAK Corporation for 9 months and in my time here, I have learned various new skills. Since joining the Accounting Department, my skills and knowledge about accounting have greatly increased. In my short time here, I have acquired great skills in customer service, Excel, Adobe, Sage, and QuickBooks. IMPAK offers great hands on learning which is beneficial to those who are visual learners like myself.

      The work is fast paced and those who apply should have good communication and time management skills, and be responsible in order to succeed.

      I started in the order processing department, now I’m a key decision maker in the organization. There is a lot of room for growth, flexibility and learning opportunities.

      The workload can be challenging at times but the company reward hard work and results
