      Pros

      Working at Impak Corporation, the pros outweigh the cons. There is room for growth, given you are ready and eager to learn. This ensures you have tasks to complete throughout the day. Everyone is friendly and approachable, including management! Impak provides you with the resources to learn and successfully perform new tasks you are assigned. Being honest and open to constructive criticism is very helpful to improve all the way around. Overall we have stability and a great environment thanks to a caring and committed owner. Even through difficult times, Impak thrives and takes care of their employees. Everyone feels united, not just during our lunches and potlucks together!

      Cons

      There is currently no healthcare available, however they do offer PTO and 401K along with a chance of bonuses.

      Working here for the last 6 years. They hired me as a contractor at the beginning but soon was employed directly.

      Pros

      I was put on a fast track and provided the opportunity to learn from and work directly with the company CEO. Over the last six years, I have had the chance to work with and manage a talented team of people in the Accounting dept, Human Resources, Machinery Production, Engineering & purchasing department. There are many growth and reward opportunities.

      Cons

      Like many small companies, working here is not without its drawbacks. It is a demanding culture and our CEO expects nothing but the best. If you think you have what it takes you should inquire.
