      Pros

      (PRE-COVID) Monthly birthday celebrations for employees, casual dress attire, ability to occasionally WFH, talented and knowledgeable co-workers, free Starbucks coffee.

      Cons

      No job security, many lay offs at regular intervals, no guarantee you'll get a raise or even a cost of living increase. Senior management play favorites. Some people that are promoted are not qualified to manage a team and do not value employees recommendations.
