      Pros

      I worked for IPC for an extended period of time. The people that work there are so dedicated and great to work with. They were great to work with and will be missed.

      Cons

      The finance team works a lot of hours closing global books and preparing numerous presentations for senior management. In addition, communication can be better.

      Nice people and good pay

      The executive management team hasn't had new idea in 30 years. The new CEO is the definition of an empty suit. He seems to think that letting everyone wear jeans is all it takes to transform this complacent, comatose company into Google. The company needs a fresh strategy and new blood at the top. Two things he hasn't delivered on in more than a year into the job. Middle management are barnacles focused on preserving the bureaucracy, Office Space at its worst. If you're looking for a work environment reminiscent of the DMV circa 1970 this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Exposure to cutting edge VOIP trading technology. If you are willing to give up nights and weekends, you can expect great job security.

      Cons

      There is very little room for advancement. Expectations of 50-70+ hour work weeks on a regular basis. This is a high stress environment and has been for the last 4 years. Training was not provided and no requests for training were honored.
