      Lenient and Flexible with time off.

      Cons

      Barely a $2.00 pay raise in 8 years. Much lower salaries than comparative companies. Raises are barely $.30 an hour, while entire Sales Team is treated to trips overseas and receive extravagant gifts, and CEO takes helicopter to Westbrook for his once or twice a year visit.. A lot of immaturity, slacking off, coming in late, sneaking out early - in Westbrook. Management from corporate visiting the Westbrook office doesn't take the time to say hello to the employees in their own department- don't think they know the names of the people who work for them. EE's are very under-appreciated. No room for growth or advancement in Westbrook office.
