      Pros

      Good work life balance. Easy to take annual leave. Employees can work from sometime if manager approves. People enjoy working.

      Cons

      Might require training program for dealing with new technology.

      Good Company Culture!

      Pros

      Good progression and opportunities. Employees and Management are very approachable and encourage innovation and collaboration. Since the new CEO joined the communication from leadership has really improved through regular global calls, town hall meetings and email updates, which has made the organisation more aligned on the strategy and future direction of the Company. Especially over the past year the Company put on lots of events/activities for employees to attend, some just for fun and others with focus topics e.g. Diversity, Pride, Mental Health etc.

      Cons

      Would be good to see a more formalised approach to flexible/home-working e.g. a work from home policy.
