      Pros

      From the moment I joined IPC London, every one of my colleagues have been warm and welcoming. There is a great 'family' atmosphere where I am continually encouraged to progress and learn new things. I have been given exciting opportunities and trusted responsibilities to use in my future career. Management are really easy to speak with and are always visible and contactable, and have supported me throughout my time so far here.

      Cons

      Can be high pressured due to the nature of the industry and clients - you need to be someone who thrives on working hard.

      There is a real feeling of being a family, People, working environment. I started as a temp in 2015 until 2016. Then again in 2017. I was made permanent in 2018

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication from Management
