To be clear: raises at IPT are not automatic and are not based solely on tenure. They are the result of meaningful contributions, demonstrated ownership, and the ability to drive impact. We conduct annual performance reviews to assess each employee’s work, development, and alignment with company goals. Many employees have advanced their careers and received substantial compensation increases through this process.
