We are also pleased that recognise our commitment to making IRIS a great place to work, that provides all employees with an environment where they are respected, cared for, and supported during their career. We are proud to run an extensive induction training for our Customer Support team that usually lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the products. This is delivered by our Customer Service experts who are able to bring the training to life with their own experiences. The training is a blend of customer service, legislation, product, and process training with practical activities. There are also opportunities to shadow experienced colleagues, so that your learning journey continues in the role with regular up-skill training. In addition, to support our employees and build their knowledge, we have recently launched our IRIS help hub, which provides individual help centres for our range of products. This includes 18 help centres which provide information and knowledge articles on the products for both colleagues and customers. Our content design team are continually working with the business to grow the number of help centres available. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. The people, the people are great! All have a can do mindset and a passion for customer focus. It’s not for the faint hearted and can be challenging but you have the gift of improving processes, challenging status quo and creating the strategy to drive the business forward

Cons

With all companies, systems, data, insight action and striving for the best process can be challenging but they are aware of this and encourage thinking outside the box

We really value employee feedback, and are proud to use Peakon, a monthly engagement survey, which encourages our employees to give honest and anonymous feedback about their work experience. Here they can propose new ideas and suggestions, which can be instantly viewed by managers and senior leaders to make an impact. We are delighted to have launched two fantastic programmes this year to evolve our processes and delight our customers: our IRIS Help Hub and Gainsight. Our brand-new help hub, which provides individual help centres for our range of products. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we are surprised and disappointed by your comments. We are committed to being a great place to work and providing a supportive environment where everyone can flourish regardless of their length of service is really important to us. Employee feedback is very important to us. We use our monthly employee engagement survey, Peakon, across the business for staff to send immediate feedback to managers and senior leaders, so that they can act on ideas and comments quickly. Since its launch, we are delighted that employees have shared more than 50,000 comments and managers have posted over 41,000 interactions, responses, and follow-up questions. We also are proud to have 35 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across several departments, with 11 ambassadors in Sales & Marketing. These ambassadors gather our teams’ collective voices and feedback to the department's senior leaders and Executive member to implement positive change and further improve engagement. We are currently in a recruitment drive to welcome fantastic new employees into the IRIS family, who can delight our customers and evolve IRIS into the best it can be. To thank our Commercial teams for their ongoing efforts, we are proud to operate a variety of incentives and competitions throughout the year, with one employee recently winning an electric scooter. We are also delighted to treat our Elite club winners to a luxury trip to Las Vegas this year. We are also proud to provide great training and continuous development for our commercial team, with dedicated coaching with a personal development expert.
