Remote work was great while it lasted.

Cons

This company overworks people and does not respect the people who work for them. They really don't care at all about the employees. They only care about winning work and don't care about the delivery of the work to the customer or what the employees have to go through in order to get the overwhelming amount of work done.

I was allowed to work from home. It was a boon because I detes long commutes and the time it consumes.

Cons

The workload is mostly high, and the deadlines are usually tough. Management wants employees to work brutal and exhausting hours but won't directly say so. Instead, these fake people will lure you with the promises of bonuses and raises. In my opinion, no amount of money is worth the extra stress and poor work-life balance. Beware!
