There was flexibility in our work schedule and how we plan our priorities, made for a little convenient.

Cons

Management changed nothing despite the obvious lack of proper organization and team work. None of the managers exerted in making things better, hence still in a terrible situation. Employees efforts only lead to exhaustion and stress, but no significant change.

Pros

Working from home was a benefit that I cannot deny. It gave me the kind of freedom I wanted at that time.

Cons

The management was stubborn. They were fake, hostile, and mean. They lied blatantly about managing change but were not present when employees struggled due to insane workloads and constant stress. It was ridiculous to see the management running from its responsibilities.

The location of the office is only downtown, which is near to go to. At least there is one Pro in this company

The pretentiousness displayed by the management team was palpable, creating an atmosphere of superiority that hindered effective communication and collaboration. The disiorganized nature of the company's operations further exacerbated the problem, making it challenging to accomplish tasks efficiently. The lack of clear dierection and guidance from the management team left employees feeling lost and unsupported. Moreover, the company's promise of growth and development turnedout to be empty words. Opportunities for career advancement were scarce, stifling any aspirations for professional growth. I strongly caution anyone considdering employment here!
