      My team is amazing. Everyone's open-minded and critical.

      The management has an unethical attitude. Most of the managers here are clueless yet act so arrogant. Most of them are also super toxic and disrespectful. They are disrespectful and yell at employee, sometimes even humiliating them in front of other people. Some people in the leadership are not leaders just bosses and bullies.

      If you like learning, working hard and enjoying the fruits of your labor...this is the best place for you. ITCON offers a great learning environment with plenty of mentors to foster your learning and growth within the firm. ITCON also has great customers who are always professional and respectful of the staff. The culture and environment at ITCON is always high energy and you can easily sense that this rocket ship is ready for launch!

      Very fast paced and ever changing environment with lots of exposure to business development ----some people like that and some people don't. The company has some of the growing pains associated with getting bigger.

      My boss's unethical behavior has been a source of torment for many employees. He often behaves foolishly, making derogatory remarks and insulting employees publicly. His actions have led to a high turnover rate, with many employees firing him as their manager. His insufferable behavior has created a toxic work environment that has beaten down many employees' morale.
