Such a great place to work

Pros

If your looking to work for a company that cares and values you, this is the place to be. Ian Martin is moving in the direction of becoming "Teal" which is refreshing, empowering and brilliant. They are also a certified "B Corp" aiming to seek higher purpose, contribute to our communities and reduce our footprint.

Cons

Not a con, just something to be aware of. We are currently in the process of moving to a teal organization so things are rapidly changing and evolving.

Thanks for posting... it's true that Teal organizations are more adaptable and agile, which does mean that change can happen fast... the key thing is that everyone has an opportunity to influence the change and I think you captured that well in your cons! :)

Pros

Easy to swap shifts with colleagues

Cons

- Expected to log in early to review daily changes without pay - Managers were unsupportive/sarcastic (eg. Once someone asked for clarification, the training docs were SO badly written. A manager just copied and pasted the text she was having trouble with, increased the font size, bolded and underlined it, and said nothing else. How is that helpful?) - Expectations not clear, information arbitrarily withheld. Teams did not communicate with one another - Agents were poorly trained (1 hour slide presentation by someone who had zero knowledge of project) had to endure abuse from customers - Requests to streamline training materials or make them more accessible were ignored/denied. Our FAQ had nearly 200 answers, but they refused to simply highlight newly added text. It was expected that all information from the projects inception was reviewed every shift.

If you are good at licking and sugar coating your managers this is the best place to work
