Pros

. CEO knows about the compensation software business and is the best one to steer the company to one of the best in the business. . The Management is top notch. All have been working in the compensation business for many number of years. . The software itself is getting better with every version and will be the best out there in the next couple of versions.

Pros

At every turn the company and it's leaders have been there for me. The work is sufficiently challenging while enjoyable to an employee like me who is senior in his field.

Cons

Parking sucks. This is just par for the course at almost every company in Austin. Fortunately I get to work remotely 50% so I don't care so much about the parking.

Pros

Pretty nice office in North Austin with all the amenities. The team was all very friendly, and people were genuinely dedicated to doing a good job.

Cons

Lack of any formal product training was a strain on the internal teams, as well as the customers. Lack of transparency come bonus time.

Dear former employee, You must have left Iconixx in early 2016 or even earlier than that. We rolled out a 4 day training program in July of 2016. Our employees were the first ones to attend the class, but we have customer classes, too. Customers and employees who have attended the 4 day class have raved about it. Customer comments include "the most beneficial, interactive training I have ever attended for any product." Satisfaction surveys rate the class 4.9 on a 5.0 scale. We also revamped product documentation and made it available in the software itself. We are piloting a second class now. Our 5 newest team members, three who started this week, are attending both training classes this week and next. We have plans to add additional courses to the curriculum, as well. I agree that we hire amazing people and am happy to update you on the advancement of our training program.
