Pros

With a smaller amount of employees, you can learn a lot quickly. There's room for growth based on how long you've worked there or position.

Cons

Due to the leadership, I've never felt so miserable in my career and position. Overworked. Under appreciated. Feel very insecure about myself and progress as a person and in the career. Never feel like I'm truly appreciated. Roller coaster of feelings - one day may seem fine and the next I'm back to completely disliking everything about it.

Pros

Thank goodness there is wine in the fridge. The work space is decent enough and you can listen to music.

Cons

Bullying from the owner and "management" is a daily occurrence in the form of nasty emails and constant criticism that is not constructive but abusive. There is not a clear plan or direction for projects.
