A solution looking for a problem

Pros

Great story around the software. Everyone is mostly beating the same drum in the company. Some very smart and nice people.

Cons

It's not a security product, it just configures a host based firewall built into the OS on the workload. No understanding of threats or CVE's on a workload. Product decisions are made by people that do not have security knowledge. A result is, the product is put into customer environments where it shouldn't be placed at all.

Toxic Environment - Stay Away

Pros

Lunches Everyday Some smart people but Illumio does not listen to them Great building

Cons

Benefits not the best Toxic atmosphere No one wants to make a decision because if you are right no one cares but if you are wrong you get pointed out and blamed There is no team work in this start-up Upper management has no clue on how to sell our one product

Pros

Some people are trying to fix things.

Cons

No one is listening to them. The company is utterly mismanaged and has raised so much VC funding that they are being held to revenue expectations which will never happen, Meanwhile, the CEO is staying in 5 star hotels and burning cash like there's no tomorrow. E-Staff is too arrogant to hear the problems which employees voice, so they kill every messenger.
