Best company to grow at fresher level

Pros

-Working environment is good - Management team is helpful if you are a good performer - Will get a chance to interact with the client directly even if you're Fresher - Focus on learning(session are there for Communication and technology both)

Cons

Frequent technology change, sometimes it is in 3 months as well.

Pros

If you love to be a developer, these people will add an extra skill of testing in your C.V.

Cons

You cannot master one skill... Forum sucks(both mentally and financially...They will refund money as they don't care about it but the type of harassment one bears is pathetic ) Open to all policy (you can communicate to anyone and lose your job if you share your views that they didn't even want to hear ) Timings(OMG-one Employee who had to take care of her baby asked for 45 min delay to reach office they asked to leave the job)-They cant adjust at any cost unless you are a CEO or CTO in that company. Onsite Opportunities- Yes they give frequently but believe me like hell you will have to work in U.S morning and to sync up India morning. you cant leave your desk for 1/2 an hour else managers ask you where were you since couple of hours. Work From Home - Never expect

This review captures what you'd feel if you didn't want to work hard and want to indulge in corporate politics at In Time Tec. Clearly, there is no chance for people with that mentality to survive at In Time Tec. In fact, you will hate every second of working here, and after leaving the company, you will write a negative feedback to take out the frustration. There are people in the company who love to work at In Time Tec. How do I know? Because there are at least 15 current employees, who left the company earlier and joined back. People love to work at In Time Tec because they work hard and make a difference. As I have said in a few other comments, either you'd love to work here, or you'd hate to work here. It all depends on what's your focus in life. Our goal in the leadership team is to do what needs to be done and makes a difference. If you are interested in working hard and making a difference, In Time Tec is the place to work -- look at the other comments where people have achieved their dreams through the company's dream. If you're interested to just survive by playing office politics and don't want to work hard, you will most probably end up with a review comment like this.

Pros

1. One of highest payers not only in Jaipur in India as well. If you are performer your hike will amaze you, it's guarantee. 2. Work hard and play hard culture. 3. On site opportunity. 4. Work from home facility. Now I want to give replies to some of negative comments- Many of them mentioned landmark forum as Cons of ITT, I want to add here, you mentioned landmark forum but why you didn't mention visa? ITT is also sending almost everyone for US visa with full luxurious facilities. Now let me come to landmark, most of people have life changing experience with landmark. It's up to you how you are taking it. Negative person will found negative thing every where and indeed positive will find positive every where. When company like ITT is sending you to this forum with a working day off, and luxurious travelling, food and accommodation arrangement than there is something really awesome in it.

Cons

No as such. If there will be any in future, we(from peon to manager) have direct access to higher management for every constructive thing.
