      Pros

      I'm coming to the point straight away. The work what I do here is awesome now. Let's be practical. I'm not sure the work what I will get in future will suit me or not. I have found many Leaders here who will guide me in a better way to make it good. When I say Leaders it means it. Coming to Work Life balance the office timing is 8.15-5.15 and no body will ask you to work for an extra minute. Okay then How can you meet the deadlines? For any In Time Tec employee there is no deadline for any task. Just be true to you, update what have you done and why can't you do more. They will help you in improving your productivity in the same span of time.

      Great Leadership, Approachable & Transparent Management, Equal & many opportunities to grow, Takes care of the personal learning & aspirations to chose between Technical or Managerial path for the career growth, Frequent training program, competitive compensation, onsite opportunities, comfortable infrastructure, recreation and refreshment facilities. Fresher's Campus Drives, caring for employees.
