      Pros

      InTimeTec is built on Trust, Transparency, Integrity, and Leadership. These values make InTimeTec a pretty unique company in its own way. The senior management team is caring and loving, while it also make sure everyone being challenged to do better. The company reward merit and deal with mediocracy boldly. The company takes a lot of pride in its culture and grow people with-in the organization in the technical lead and manager role to make sure everyone gets fair chance to grow before hiring senior people from outside. InTimeTec is an excellent company for personal growth, on job training, and promotions opportunities.

      Cons

      You might have a love and hate relationship with InTimeTec. Either you would like this company or hate this company. There is culture of punctuality, discipline, sincerity, and hard work; Furthermore, there is a need and push for the employees to constantly get better. If you're one of those who love challenges in life, this is the company for you. But if you want a comfortable life, you would regret after joining this company.

      Pros

      Competitive pay/benefits. The company actually cares about my well-being. Management is approachable. Diverse culture and teambuilding.

      No negatives to speak of.

      A company which cares for people and whosoever they touch

      Pros

      Humane - Value people, their aspirations and individual values. Ethics - Walk the talk of high integrity. Growth - Year on year growth is steady and diversified Leaders - Leaders are capable. Training - There is system for everyone in the company to grow. Company places equal emphasis on under-performing and over-performing individuals. Meritocracy - Values meritocracy. Responsibilities are given based on merit. Nimble - Open door policy and active feedback system along with pro activeness of leaders make sure that decisions are swift and progressive. Unlike big corporate it does not take days to initiate a change. Work environment - Organization culture promotes healthy environment among co-workers and supervisors. I feel good coming to office every day.

      Cons

      Employee benefits: Health and life insurance. Not as good as MNCs Location: Not many options if you want to work here. Only Jaipur and Bangalore in India R&D
