1. Great people to work fully supported in my job function. 2. Caring supervisor who made sure I had everything I needed to succeed in my role.

Cons

1. No money for bonuses but money for upper management to go to a 5-star resort for their annual meeting. 2. Constantly throwing around the cat h phase "Creating Abudence", huh? Software development company who gets paid well for their services. Not curing cancer here or creating revolutionary drought resistant crops for the 3rd world. Don't get how writing code creates abundance. 2. Get the vibe you either agree with and fall in line with the CEO, or soon out the door.
