Here are the facts, In Time Tec company has grown up from merely 4 employees to 400 employees and no revenue to $10M in the last decade; 22 people who had left the company came back and rejoined; 65 people out of 400 have been working at In Time Tec for more than 5 years; and, our attrition rate is single digit, which is one of the lowest in the industry. With regards to my yelling, I would do it any day if it's required. I love people, but my love isn't weak. As a CEO, my role in the company is like a father at home. As a father, you might need to yell at your kids if it makes them better -- by the way, I hug more times than yell. So depending upon the need, yelling and hugging is what I do at In Time Tec, and I would continue to do it as long as I'm at the helm.
