- Executive leadership is present, engaged, and accessible—particularly the CEO, who remains highly visible and sets the tone from the top - Tools and platforms are already in place (Teams, Copilot, InEight) with modern capabilities to support smart delivery - Culture generally values quality thinking, structured communication, and collaborative working environments - InEight is a solid landing ground for experienced professionals transitioning from high-structure industries like oil and gas

Cons

- The challenge isn’t tooling—it’s usage. Cross-team habits and delivery rituals are inconsistent, which can dilute otherwise strong capabilities - Alignment between “what’s possible” and “what’s practiced” could be improved through shared workflows and better internal adoption

Pros

Previous to joining InEight, I took advantage of the opportunities to help my company throughout the years to improve in 3 different areas: quality, efficiency, and saving money per project. All of this was done through new design software and processes that we implemented. And here at InEight, over the last decade, I have had the opportunities to create lasting relationships with our customers using InEight Model, and supporting them to improve their quality, improve their efficiency and reduce the bottom dollar on their projects. It's a blessing to do this for many organizations.

InEight: A Great Remote- First Company with a Supportive Team.

Pros

- Fully remote work environment provides excellent flexibility and autonomy - Healthy Work/Life balance - The team was incredibly supportive and always willing to help. - Provides a solid foundation for those early in their career.

Cons

- Limited Career growth - While the role is appealing, the salary range may not be competitive within the current market. - Communication from management was sometimes unclear and decision-making processes felt slow.
